Inkie on North Street. Inkie (Tom Bingle) is contemporary of Banksy, the two emerging from the '80s Bristol graffiti scene. He was jailed in
   in 1989 as part of a nationwide 'graffiti bust' by the police. He has worked internationally and now teaches art and graphic design.
